Lot 250 3 PC. CHEMPLEVE & ONYX CRYSTAL REGULATOR SET.
The green onyx case features multi colored chempleve enameled mountings with gilded bronze capitals, embossed dial with matching chempleve bezel and center medallion. The beveled glass center compartment with concave side panels. Single gong French 8 day hour and half hour strike movement signed "L. Mart et cie". 13"W x 19"H x 7"D.

Lot 251 LARGE BRONZE 3 PIECE GOTHIC CENTERPIECE SET.
Shows an 8 sided centerpiece, molded with long gothic arches and leaves with reticulated handles on either side. The 2 companion side pieces show a symmetric form with matching decoration. In very good clean and original condition.

Lot 252 BROR THERE DE THULSTRUP (1848-1930). THE WINNING RUN. The scene shows a baseball game between the New York Giants and Chicago, played at the Old Polo Grounds in New York City on August 6, 1885. The title is "The Winning Run - How Is It, Umpire?" - Drawn by There Thulstrup. In very good clean condition, shows light staining bottom right of border. The subject is clean and undamaged. 18"W x 12"H.

Lot 253 CARL HIRSCHBERG 1893 OIL ON CANVAS PAINTING - THE LETTER.
This wonderful scene shows a young woman in a white summer dress standing on a country porch, reading a letter. The envelope is lying on the ground at her feet. To the left, in the walkway, shows a postman walking away. Also seen on the porch is a red rocking chair, a small potted plant and 3 large columns. The landscape shows assorted trees and a well-maintained front yard. Signed LL. Has a nice large gilt frame, in good condition. 17.5"W x 26"H.

Lot 254 SET OF 6 OAK LION CARVED DINING CHAIRS.
2 armchairs and 4 side chairs. Shows carved arch crests with swirling filigree, the tops of the posts are carved with figural lions heads. The lower back rail also has carved filigree. The arms display leaf carvings over the ends with turned supports. The chairs stand on tall carved cabriole legs and claw feet. Very good original finish & condition.

The large shade features purple grape clusters with leaves, on a background of caramel and purple glass. The paw foot base has a molded filigree platform and a twisted shaft, rising to a second platform with 3 candle sockets. 24"W x 64"H.

Lot 256 LARGE HANGING PYRAMID LEADED DOME - ATTR - SUESS.
The 4 sided shade features large red striated panels on top, surrounding stylized scrolls in caramel swirled around green glass. At the bottom drops a strait square border in green with deep ruby drapery topped with 5 jewels on either side. In very good clean condition with the original hardware. 22.5"W x 20"H.

Lot 257 SIGNED BRADLEY AND HUBBARD CAST IRON FIGURAL GNOME DOORSTOP.
Shows a full standing white bearded gnome, wearing a hood. He holds a lion head shield in his left hand and a staff in his right. The back is marked B&H. In very good condition. 7"W x 13"H x 2.5"D.

Lot 258 18" DUFFNER & KIMBERLY LEADED LEAF AND VINE STANDING FLOOR LAMP.
The shade shows an irregular border. The background glass shows quadrangular cut caramel striated glass with scattered clusters of green leaves and banded brown ripple glass branches running horizontally around the shade. It sits on a central fitter ring suspended from 8 support rods on the inside. The floor base has a single socket and a long reeded column on a platform base with 4 molded feet. 19"W x 60"H.

Lot 259 MARVIN SAFE COMPANY RENAISSANCE REVIVAL CAST IRON FLOOR SAFE.
The pedestal base safe top shows gilt stenciled borders with a stenciled door. Inside of the door is signed Marvin Safe Co. Shows 2 shelves over 1 drawer. The central column rests on 3 concave, splayed legs with mounted finials, showing some stenciling. Included is the combination. 50"H.

Lot 261 CARVED BLACK FOREST FIGURAL 3 BEAR HALL TREE.
The top has 4 main carved branches of a tree on either side of a shaped beveled mirror. Above shows 2 small bear complete unexploded booklets climbing. The branches move down, crossing and then connecting to a main trunk, where a large bear stands to the left, one arm wrapped around the trunk on a carved lower platform with an umbrella tray in the front. The bears have glass eyes. In very good clean and original condition and finish. 31"W x 81"H x 21"D.

Lot 262 18" HANDEL GRAPE CLUSTER BORDER OVERLAY TABLE LAMP.
Shows an 8 panel staggered brick pattern over bent green glass on the top. The lower border is overlaid with stylish grape leaves and clusters with an irregular lower rim. The shade sits on the reticulated conical heat-cap of a decorative Nouveau molded Handel base. Shows the original 3 socket, spherical cluster. In very good, clean and original condition. Both shade and base are signed. 18"W x 25"H.

Lot 263 PAIR OF ROSEWOOD CARVED AND PANELED TWIN BEDS ATTR. HERTER BROS.
Each headboard shows a squared crest, arching at the edges with scrolled leaf carvings, rising from the corners. The top panel shows deep relief carving scrolled with detailed filigree. Below are 3 nice chamfered panels. The footboards show simple square crests, arched at the corners. Features a long ribbed panel, above a single large chamfered panel. The rails have long paneled corbels and 3 raised panels running the length of each rail. Has the bolts. Very clean original finish and condition. 82"W x 65.5"H x 47"D.

Lot 264 TIFFANY STUDIOS 12" ACORN SPLIT HARP FLOOR LAMP.
The bronze base features an elegant shaft with a slight bulbous section near the top which tapers slightly and then branches off to form a harp design. The split harp section is hinged in the middle, which allows the shade to tilt. The shade suspends from the bell shaped socket. The base of the lamp is formed by 5 curved legs, with spade shaped pad feet. The 12" geometric shade shows green and white striated glass in 7 rows above and 2 rows below the orange acorn border. It has a 3" fitter and is signed Tiffany Studios New York. Shade 12" diameter x 58"H.

Lot 265 THOMAS BROOKS CARVED WALNUT OVAL MARBLE TOP TABLE.
Has an original white marble top sitting on the carved apron. The center pedestal below is turned, with a bulbous section in the middle and is mounted with turned buttons. The legs are scrolled at the joint and the foot with graduated balls applied to the top. In very good original finish and condition. 36"W x 28"H x 27"D.

Lot 266 OAK CARVED LIFT TOP HALL BENCH WITH GRANDFATHER CLOCK.
The center shows a built in grandfather clock with a scroll carved crest on the bonnet. It has time and strike movement and an oak dial with brass numerals. The door in front of the case features a beveled glass panel. On either side of the clock case shows a beveled mirror back frame mounted with 2 double coat hooks. The bench has a lift seat with a compartment, long curved arms and nice carved claw feet. In very good condition and finish.

Lot 268 LOUIS ICART. MUSIC HALL, FAIR DANCER. Signed in the lower right corner Louis Icart and numbered in the lower left 74/100 with the windmill mark. The scene shows a ballerina strapping her slippers. The title is "Music Hall, Fair Dancer". The plate mark is 22 1/2" x 19 1/2". Circa 1939. In very good condition, no losses, folds, seams, scratches or foxing. 22"W x 19"H.

Lot 269 PAIR OF UNIQUE FLORAL LEADED HANGING TEAR-DROP SHADES.
Each is bordered with a cluster of pink flowers near the top. Each flower has 5 pink petals and a small yellow center. Within the cluster, the flowers are spaced with small red pieces. Above and below are triangular cut green striated pieces creating both the background and the leaves around the flowers. The fitter is 2 1/8". The shades hang from 2 single modern, brass ceiling fixtures. 6"W x 10"H.

Lot 270 CARVED WALNUT WINGED GRIFFIN OVAL 1 DRAWER DESK.
Has an oval top with apron below and a single drawer. The base shows 4 seated carved winged griffin supports with shield chest plates. The griffins sit in the corners of a shaped platform. In very good clean condition. 49"W x 29"H x 22"D.

Lot 271 PASQUALE CAVILETTI (1859-1952). WINGED MALE ANGELS. The tall figures show wavy hair, tied in a thin headband. They have long feathered wings sprouting from their back and they're holding a twisted shaft forward in their hands. The figures end at their waist, where they taper into leafy scrollwork formed to the back-plate. Note about this sculptor: Pasquale Civiletti (1859-1952) is most famous for his work "Giuseppe Verdi Monument", located at Verdi Square in New York City. 14"W x 33"H x 14"D.

Lot 272 19TH CENT. LARGE CAST IRON GARDEN DOG.
Moulded in 2 sections, this large 19th century figure has good detail in the features and fur of the dog. Lying down on all 4 feet with its head perched up in attention. Several coats of later white paint have been applied. In very good condition. 41"W x 18.5"H x 14"D.

Lot 273 VICTOR DOG "NIPPER". HIS MASTERS VOICE. Shows a picture of the classic "Nipper Dog", to the right, peering into the brass horn of a 275
Victor Victrola. Shown on a very dark background with red lettering below "His Masters Voice". The canvas shows some cracking to the surface and a seam bordering the inside of the stretchers, no tears or scratches. 25.5"W x 19.5"H.

Lot 274 ETRE. THE VAMPS. The titles of the lithos are "Circe, Seductress, Temptress, Black Magic, La Pretentieuse & L' Empanachee". Each piece is individually signed and numbered 123/300. The following segments are quoted directly from the title page - "Vamps is a portfolio of six editions of lithographs, each print is numbered and signed by the artist… numbered 1/300 through 300/300, plus sixty Artist's Proofs… pulled on Somerset paper at the American Atlier, New York, During 1979-1980… publisher is Circle Fine Art Corporation, Chicago and New York". In a textured gilt portfolio with embossed black lettering. In very good and original condition, no foxing. 15.5"W x 20.5"H.

Lot 275 LARGE FIGURAL BRASS EAGLE PODIUM WITH LIONS FEET.
Features a large eagle on top with partially spanned wings, has great detail in the feather structure and talons. Stands on a large sphere at the top of the main column, which shows various diamond scaled and ribbed sections. The platform base shows 4 molded feet formed as full figured lions, lying down. In very good clean and original condition, shows an antique brass finish. 60"H.
