Lot 24 FRENCH SILK THREAD SUSPENSION CLOCK WITH ZEUS.
French gilt bronze silk thread suspension mantle clock. The gilt case features a mounted bust of the Greek God Zeus. The bust has a dark brown patina. The body of the case has applied mounts and filigree moldings with ornate rococo feet. The silk thread suspension movement has a half hour bell strike. Overall condition is good, with no wear to the case. Beveled glass back rear door is good. 11"W x 22.5"H x 5"D.

Lot 25 ENGLISH 3 TRAIN BRACKET CLOCK W/ CALENDAR.
Mahogany case with gilded trim is in original unrestored condition. Has a 3 train quarter strike movement with a calendar dial and a 2 bell repeat mechanism. Brass dial with silver chapter rings. Clock has mock pendulum. 2 brass flame finials are missing. 12"W x 18.5"H x 6"D.

Lot 26 LG. 2 WEIGHT ROSEWOOD WEIGHT REGULATOR CLOCK.
Large time only weight driven regulator with brass movement. The dial is stained with cracks and crazing. Has a married pendulum stick. Has gilded reverse painted glass and a copper colored pendulum bob. 22"W x 40"H x 4.5"D.

Lot 27 HORNER MAHOGANY GRANDFATHER CLOCK.
An exceptional mahogany case, among the finest produced by R.J Horner. The upper bonnet has detailed full bodied lions with a carved cherub at the bottom and a carved claw foot base. Case is in near perfect original condition. Color and patina are excellent. High quality English 9 tube movement with calendar moon dial, retailed through Joseph Jennens, Skinner St. Clerkenwell, London. 27"W x 95"H x 18"D.

Lot 28 ANSONIA "COMBATANTS" FIGURAL MANTLE CLOCK.
The silvered Japanese bronze case features large warriors on either side of the clock tower. The tower is decoratively molded w/ birds, maidens heads, and a large floral draped urn finial. The base of the clock is silvered and ebonized w/ figures in relief and assorted weaponry. The movement, signed Ansonia has an hour and half hour strike. It has a porcelain dial with a Brocot exposed escapement with steel pallets. Overall very good condition. The urn finial is cracked but still attached and missing bottom section of one handle. 19"W x 21"H x 7"D.

Lot 29 SETH THOMAS BRONZE CASE SONORA CHIME.
Seth Thomas Sonora chime in solid brass case. This is a 5 bell chiming mechanism. The case is dull but complete. The dial is silvered and signed Seth Thomas Sonora chime. Original hands, bezel is in good condition, clock sounds very good. 9.5"W x 15"H x 7"D.

Lot 30 SETH THOMAS "ECLIPSE".
Time and strike hanging gingerbread clock. This has a Seth Thomas 8 day time and strike brass clock movement model 5 7/8 with a patent date of 1875. This clock does have a complete alarm mechanism. and a good label on the inside the case. The dial is original and has minor chips and flaking. The hands are in good condition. The clock has a good early eclipse pendulum. The cathedral style Anvil is signed Seth Thomas Clock Company. The alarm strikes on a bell. This movement is a nice brass lyre style movement with both Geneva stops intact and calendar dial. 15"W x 27"H x 4"D.

Lot 31 AESTHETIC MANTLE CLOCK.
Jappy Freres enameled & marble mantle clock. The black marble case features an enameled decorated panel with tropical birds and butterflies w/ gilt detail. The dial is black marble w/ gilt incised numbers. The single gong strike movement is signed Jappy Freres. In very good condition. Pendulum missing. 7.5"W x 13"H x 5"D.

Lot 32 FRENCH INDUSTRIAL ANIMATED TRAIN CLOCK.
Features a 2 color gilded brass and dark patinated bronze locomotive. 8 day time and half hour strike movement located in the cab and a barometer on the boiler both of which have silvered dials. The wheels of the locomotive are animated, driven by a separate movement in the base. The platform base under the tracks is black marble. Circa 1910. Excellent working condition. 18.5"W x 15"H x 9"D.

Lot 33 JAMES DOUTT GRANFATHER CLOCK.
Period 8 day time and strike tall clock attributed to James Doutt from Charleston Mass. This clock is in a figured mahogany case with birds eye maple panels. Has silver appointments, trimmings, and hinges. The movement is an 8 day time and strike. Typical pillar and plate construction with rack and snail strike system that has been silver plated along with the movement. The time frame does have maintaining power. The clock has a compensated pendulum signed Carlton G. W. Stewart, A. Lawrence Patents January 15, 1889 and February 3, 1891. The movement has a very unusual seat board that is skeleton eyed and extremely well made. 20"W x 97"H x 10.5"D.

Lot 34 SETH THOMAS OFFICE # 8 CALENDAR CLOCK.
Seth Thomas 8 day time only "Office #8" Calendar clock. The 14 inch time dial has minor paint restoration. The lower 14 inch calendar dial is in good condition with minor imperfections. The clock case is an old refinish with good patina and is in very good condition. The case has scratches and minor imperfections associated with a clock of this age. The hands are original and in good condition. The clock has a very nice nickel damaskeened pendulum bob. The case has a good inner door label and an inside the case calendar label. The door lock is original and is functional. The lower door male key post is functional. The brass movement is original to the case as is the cast iron weight. 25"W x 67"H x 9"D.

Lot 36 E. HOWARD #89 OAK WEIGHT DRIVEN REGULATOR CLOCK.
E. Howard model #89 wall regulator in oak case. The signature on the dial is weak, the dial otherwise is in good condition. Good open diamond hands & seconds bit hand. Original pendulum stick and massive brass bob. The weight is correct for the clock and signed #1. The case is in near perfect original condition. 19"W x 74"H x 7"D.

Lot 37 WATER WHEEL CLOCK ATTR. PLACHON.
This clock has a glass dial, Brocot escapement and a three wheel train driven by the steel balls in the right hand side of the paddle wheel which is connected to the center wheel. The balls, after leaving the paddle wheel, are guided to the base of an elevator consisting of a series of buckets which lift the balls so that they may once again be placed on the top of the paddle-wheel. The buckets are driven by two concealed springs in the base acting in tandem. In the center of the elevator is a thermometer and above 12 o'clock an aneroid barometer. Bronze mounted rosewood base and in a glass enclosed display case (not shown). An example of this clock was shown in the Exposition Universelle of 1900. 18"W x 21"H x 5.5"D.

Lot 38 CASPAR FRICKH 8 BELL ENGLISH BRACKET CLOCK.
Signed Caspar Frickh, London 8 bell mahogany Heppelwhite bracket clock. The mahogany case features satinwood fan inlay with urns, oak leaves and acorns. The clock has a calendar & mock pendulum aperture. The brass dial is signed Caspar Frickh, London The triple fusee movement is unsigned. 13.5"W x 20.5"H x 7"D.

Lot 39 SETH THOMAS PARLOR CALENDAR #10.
Walnut case is in good original condition with burled trim. Top gallery returns are missing. This clock has an 8 day time and strike weight driven signed Seth Thomas clock movement model 8 ½. The upper dial has been redone with a paper dial over the original painted dial. The lower calendar dial appears original. Inside the door has a very good Seth Thomas directions label to set the clock running. The clock has two good period weights. 22.5"W x 36.5"H x 6"D.

Lot 40 SETH THOMAS #1 OFFICE CALENDAR CLOCK.
Seth Thomas office calendar #1. The clock is weight driven. The upper and lower dials have been refinished. The clock has a good early cast iron weight. Inside the door has a early Seth Thomas label directions for setting up this clock. The calendar drums appear original. The underhand and upper hands are original and correct for the clock, the bluing is stained. The pendulum bob is a solid brass bob with a number of minor dings, dents, scratches, and nicks. The rosewood veneer is in overall good condition with minor repairs and minor areas of loss. The case has a clean refinish. 19"W x 40.5"H x 6.5"D.

Lot 41 ADMIRAL FITZROY MERCURY BAROMETER.
"The Atmoscope Barometer". marked on the dial, by Admiral Robert Fitzroy, in a carved walnut case with a thermometer. There is a paper label in the back of the case which notes Fitzroy's remarks for both rising and falling pressures. UK c.1860. Some staining to the paper label. Case is in good condition. 14.5"W x 42"H x 4"D.

Lot 42 SETH THOMAS #6 WEIGHT DRIVEN WALL REGULATOR.
Original dial has a number of imperfections, paint touchups and faded numerals. The brass movement is original to the case. Black painted wood pendulum rod. Nickel highly damaskeened pendulum bob with nickled rating. Also typical nickel Seth Thomas pulley. Hands are black spade and have been replaced. The case has five finials which are correct for the clock. The clock has a brass weight typical of the #2 style which is also correct for this clock. 17"W x 49.5"H x 8"D.

Lot 46 E. HOWARD #5 BANJO CLOCK.
E. Howard #5 banjo clock. Weight driven brass movement is signed E. Howard & Co. Boston. The dial has been over sprayed and has touchup in at least 3 spots, the signature appears original. The throat glass has minor imperfections, the lower door glass is in good condition. The wood pendulum stick is painted black. The pendulum bob has damaskeening. The lower weight baffle has the Howard label with directions for setting up this clock. The hands are original and proper style. The weight is original to the clock and is signed #5. The rosewood graining on the case is in good shape. 12"W x 28.5"H x 4"D.

Lot 47 E. HOWARD KEYHOLE #11 REGULATOR CLOCK.
E. Howard & Co. #11, 8 day, time only weight-driven wall clock. Dial is in good original condition, with some staining. The hands and weight are original to the clock. The 10"dial is marked 11. The lower weight baffle is painted green. Lower door glass appears to be original with minor imperfections. Case is in overall good condition with minor nicks and imperfections due to age. 13.5"W x 31"H x 4.5"D.

Seth Thomas #3 wall regulator. The brass movement is a typical 8 day time only movement. The clock has a black painted wood stick with brass polished pendulum bob. The dial has been refinished and is signed Seth Thomas & Co. The dial was done by the dial house in Dallas, Georgia. The case has its 4 drops and in very nice condition. The lower glass is clear and in good condition. The clock has a typical brass #3 style weight with a duck bill hook. 19.5"W x 42"H x 5.5"D.
