delicate
condition. The
clock has a
Forestville
manufacturing
company label,
Bristol
Connecticut. The
clock has two
typical period
cast iron
weights in the 8
day fashion. The
clock case is
cornice and
column form with
fancy wood
capitols at the
top of the
columns. It has
replaced hands,
brass hands that
are typical on
grandfather
clocks. The wood
dial has much
paint
restoration. The
black Arabic
numerals are
weak and hard to

a crack in the
upper glass. The
case has glued
shims underneath
the seat board.
The movement is
very dirty
covered with a
good inch of
dust from being
stored away for
